The journal submission platform is very interactive, easy to navigate, and easy to track the progress, duration, and time limit at each stage of the processing. I also love the transparency.
The review time frame was very prompt, thorough, and well enriched by the corrections made. The copy edit process was also well done and timely.
The production time frame was a little slow and required multiple reminders.
Overall, i think the journal is very respectable and rigorous.
